When you buy a gift voucher from us you’re helping to support a small business and giving a sustainable gift that won’t go to waste or end up in landfill! Our vouchers can be redeemed against any of our events, courses or coaching (subject to availability) so whether your loved one chooses to take part in a race or have some 1-2-1 coaching time it will be a truly memorable experience for them!
Prices
Gift vouchers are available for any amount starting from £10 so just let us know in the form below how much you would like to give.
Gift vouchers can be sent via email for free or we can print and post them to you for a fee of £1.
How to redeem a Gift Voucher
Redeeming your voucher is as easy as getting in touch with us, either by email at events@loveswimrun.co.uk or by phone on 07791 685 269.
We will need to know the name of the event course you would like to take part in, or if you would prefer coaching, an idea of when you would like to attend a session.
Once you have provided us with the relevant information we will email you a voucher code. You then need to enter your chosen event or course in the usual way on our website, inputting the voucher code on the payment page to confirm your entry. Vouchers do not guarantee your entry into an event if it is already full. We can only book you onto an event once entries are open.

Terms and Conditions
Participation terms & conditions
A Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment against any Love SwimRun events, course or coaching (excluding Gift Vouchers) subject to availability. They do not guarantee you entry to an event if it is already full.
When using a Gift Voucher, no change will be given in cash but any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment for other Love SwimRun event, course or coaching (excluding Gift Vouchers).
If the purchase cost exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid in full at the point of booking.
Love SwimRun retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no inherent monetary value.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
No replacement for lost or stolen gift certificates is offered. Please look after the Gift Voucher and treat it like cash. We do not collect and maintain information on the recipients of Gift Vouchers and therefore, if a Gift Voucher is used without the consent of the Gift Voucher holder or is lost, stolen or damaged we cannot replace or reimburse the balance on the Gift Voucher.
