swim and swimrun training day

Love SwimRun Training Day

Learn the skills you need for open water swimming or SwimRun.

We’ve been getting lots of messages from people wanting to give SwimRun or open water swimming a go but they are not sure where to start! We want to encourage more people into the open water so we’ve organised a training day to give you the chance to come along and get some coaching on specific skills and techniques for SwimRun and open water swimming.
